Fudgy Coconut Pie

- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can milk (5 1/3 oz.)
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
Directions

1In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar and cocoa.

2Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla.

3Mix well.

4Fold in pecans and coconut. Pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes.

6Put in refrigerator for 3 hours.

7You can use whipped cream on top.
