  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown meat, drain fat, add seasoning mix. Prepare as directed on package. Press biscuits onto bottom and up the sides of a medium muffin pan. Fill with seasoned meat. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2-3 minutes.
