Ingredients
- 3 12 cups bread flour (I used all purpose)
- 2 teaspoons yeast (active or rapid rise)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup water
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted) or 6 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- 23 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted) or 6 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted) or 6 tablespoons margarine (melted)
- 34 cup brown sugar (I double this as we like them gooey)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (I double this as well)
Directions

1Place room temperature ingredients in bread machine according to your manufacturer's manual.

2Select dough cycle (I do this 2 times for fluffier rolls).

3Remove dough to lightly floured surface and roll into 20-inch long roll.

4Divide dough into 16-20 pieces and roll into balls.

5Dip each ball in melted butter or margarine.

6Roll in selected topping.

8Place in casserole dish.

9Let rise additional 30 minutes or double in size.

10Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

11Remove and cool 10 minutes.

12Tip out of pan onto pretty serving platter and watch everyone enjoy.

13Cooking time includes ABM dough cycle, rising time, and oven time.

14For toppings: Blend dry ingredients together in a bowl for rolling dough after dipped in melted butter.
