- 5 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 c. Karo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- food coloring of your choice to tint
Directions

1Keep popped corn warm in a slow oven (300°).

2Combine sugar, Karo, water, salt and vinegar.

3Cook to 250°; add the vanilla. Pour syrup slowly over warm corn.

4Stir slowly and gently.

5Butter hands and make into balls.

6Wrap in wax paper.
