- 2 sirloin steaks (about 6 oz. each)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. Irish whiskey
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 12 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. peeled, crushed tomatoes
- 3/4 c. whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Directions

1Saute steaks in 2 tablespoons of butter to desired amount of cooking, 3 to 5 minutes on each side for rare, depending on thickness.

2Add whiskey to pan and ignite.

3When flame dies out, remove steaks and keep warm.
