- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated yellow onions
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 14 teaspoon bottled liquid smoke seasoning or 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, plus sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

1Drain the salmon and flake the meat with a fork.

2Combine the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, and liquid smoke in a large bowl and stir well.

4Place the salmon mixture on a serving platter and shape it into a log.
