  • 2 teaspoons grated yellow onions
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 14 teaspoon bottled liquid smoke seasoning or 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, plus sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish

    Drain the salmon and flake the meat with a fork.

    Combine the salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, and liquid smoke in a large bowl and stir well.
