- 1 potato large, peeled and coarsely chopped
- extra-virgin olive oil
- paprika
Directions

1In a large pot, heat water with salt.

2Wash the octopus and remove the beak.

3Once the water is boiling, place the octopus in the pot, cover it, and let it cook for 45 minutes.

4In a saucepan, add cold water, salt, and the potato. Cook until the potato has softened.

5Remove the octopus from the pot, cut into medium pieces, and plate along with the potato. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle coarse salt and paprika on top.
