  • 20 ml Galliano
  • freshly ground coffee
  • 2 marshmallows
  • drinking chocolate, to serve

Directions

    Pour liqueur into a warmed coffee glass.

    Use an electric coffee machine, plunger or Italian coffee maker to make 60ml (1/4 cup) of hot strong espresso.

    Pour over liqueur.

    Top with marshmallows.

    Sprinkle with drinking chocolate.
