  • 2 large green bell peppers chopped
  • 2 large sweet red bell peppers chopped
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons coriander ground
  • 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red hot pepper sauce
  • 2 packages spinach chopped, frozen
