- 2 cups Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 pounds Fresh Chicken Wings
- Vegetable Oil, Enough For An Inch Or Two In Your Frying Pot
- 1- 1/2 stick Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cups BBQ Sauce, Your Favorite
- 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 F.

2Mix together the flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a large bowl.

3Toss wings in flour mixture and shake off excess.

4Arrange wings on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet that youve sprayed with cooking spray.

5Bake for 40 minutes and then remove them from the oven and allow to cool.

6Wings can be tossed in sauce now, however frying them will create a much better wing.

7Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 375 F. Put wings into the pot in a single layer.

8Fry wings in the hot oil for 12-15 minutes.

9Drain wings and toss in sauce.

10For the wing sauce: In a mixing bowl add melted butter, and combine all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

11Toss cooked wings in sauce, serve and enjoy.
