  • 1 teaspoon whole black cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
  • 2 inches of a cinnamon stick
  • 13 whole nutmeg, grated

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a spice mill and grind to a fine powder.

    Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
