Garbage Casserole

   Preheat oven to 375°.

   In a medium skillet, brown ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.

   Drain.

   Add tomato sauce.

   Cover; simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

   In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream.

   In an 8-inch (2-quart) casserole, alternately layer the meat mixture, sour cream and cream cheese mixture, macaroni and Cheddar cheese until used up.

   Top with cracker crumbs.

   Bake for 30 minutes, or until casserole is hot and bubbly.
