Ingredients
- 1 bunch green methi leaves
- 200 g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 150 g yogurt (Dahi)
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Collect all methi leaves and chop them into small pieces.

2Take 200 gms chapati atta.

3Mix with methi leaves.

4Add jeera, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and youghrt and cooking oil.

5Mix it well.

6Add sufficient amount of water to make a soft dough.

7Keep it for 15 minutes.

8Then take small ball from the dough and roll it like paratha.

9Place on hot pan.
-
10Turn it simultanously till it gets golden brown colour.

11Methi paratha is ready.

12Serve it with pickles or Baghara Dahi.
