- 2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated green onion
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic salt
- 1 c. plain yogurt
Directions

1In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.

2Add onion, carrots, green pepper, salt and garlic; beat until fairly smooth. Stir in yogurt.

3Cover; chill several hours.

4Serve as dip with raw vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.

5Makes 1 3/4 cups.
