  • 2/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 c. plain yogurt

Directions

    In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.

    Add onion, carrots, green pepper, salt and garlic; beat until fairly smooth. Stir in yogurt.

    Cover; chill several hours.

    Serve as dip with raw vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc.

    Makes 1 3/4 cups.
