  • 9 oz. broad noodles
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sliced sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 3 cooked and cubed chicken breasts
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 8 oz. garden vegetable cream cheese

Directions

    Cook noodles. Saute tomatoes in oil with onions until soft. Add chicken, water and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add cream cheese and cook until cheese is smooth; about 2 minutes. Serve over noodles.
