  • 1 uncooked pie shell (9-inch deep dish)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. diced ham or bacon, fried
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 4 oz. mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Directions

    Combine eggs, cheese and milk; mix.

    Combine rest of the ingredients.

    Add a dash of salt and pepper.

    Top with parsley sprinkles.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, or until crust is brown and custard is set.

    Cool before serving.
