- 8 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound spaghetti
Directions

1Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.
