  • 1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into diagonal slices
  • water
  • salt to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • juice of 2 lemons

Directions

    Slice carrots. Place in a saucepan of cold water to cover. Salt to taste.

    Bring to boil, cook about 5 minutes or until just tender.

    Drain.

    Combine with honey and lemon juice.

    May be doubled.
