- 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
- 10 ounces sweet whole kernel corn, frozen
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomatoes, ripe and cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions

1in 2qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except tomato and parsley. cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until vegetables are crispy tender.

2remove from heat.

3stir in tomato and parsley, cover and let stand 1 minute or until tomato is heated through.
