Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Potato Wedges

- 4 red potatoes (large ones)
- 14 cup margarine
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

2Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwize, cut each 1/2 into 4 wedges.

3In 3 quart saucepan, place potato wedges.

4Add enough water to cover.

5Bring to a full boil.

6Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender.

7(About 8-12 minutes)

8Drain.

9In 13x9 inch pan., melt butter in oven (5-6min).

10Stir in remaining ingredients.

11Add potato wedges.

12Coat both sides with butter mixture.

13Bake for 10 minutes.

14Turn potatoes.
-
15Continue baking for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
