Garlic Broiled Chicken

- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken (whole frying, cut in half or separate pieces)
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1In small bowl stir together butter, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.

2Heat broiler.

3Place chicken on greased broiler pan.

4Broil chicken 6 to 8 inches from heat, turning every 10 minutes and brushing with butter mixture during last 10 minutes, for 30 to 35 minutes or until fork-tender.

5Just before serving, brush with butter mixture and sprinkle with parsley.

6Serve with cooked rice.
