    Chop the potatoes and the carrots

    Put some olive oil and sea salt in a large bowl

    Put the potatoes and the carrots in the bowl

    Put the bowl in the oven and turn it on

    After 10 minutes turn them around so they are cooked on the both sides

    Add some muzzarella and parmesan on top of the potatoes and leave them in the oven till the cheese is melted

    Turn off the oven and carefully take out the bowl with the potatoes and carrots
