- 8 cups vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon paprika
- 1 sprig fresh sage
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 4 sprigs fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to tastes
Directions

1In a covered pot, bring broth to a boil.

2In a soup pot on low heat gently saute the garlic in olive oil, until golden, taking care not to let it brown.

3Add boiling broth.

4Stir in paprika.

5Tie sage, thyme, and parsley into a bundle with string.

6Add the bouquet to the pot.

7Bring the broth to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes or up to 30 minute for more intense flavor.

8Remove the bouquet and season with salt and pepper.
