Garlic Cheese Olive Bread

- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black olives
- 1 (7 ounce) jar pimento stuffed olives
- 1 bunch green onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions

1Start off by peeling your garlic and adding your garlic along with your olive oil, and chili flakes to a heated skillet, you will want to cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes.

2drain your olives and cut into halves, add to bowl.

3cut your onions into small pieces add to olives.

4add your shredded cheese, mayo, and half of your Parmesan cheese stir well.

5on your french bread you will want to spread with a brush your garlic oil mixture, evenly & lightly.

6Now add you olive and cheese mixture and bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes till golden brown.

7Top your bread with the last of your Parmesan cheese.
