Ingredients
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 clove garlic chopped
- 2 stock celery chopped
- 4 carrots rough chopped
- 1 lb green beans
- 3 lb new potatos
- 4 cup water
- 1/4 cup cindys spice rub (recipe at end)
Directions

1set up a safe place outside

2Turn Slow Cooker on high

3rub meat on both sides with spice rub and flour

4brown meat on both sides in olive oil

5add all the rest of ingredients and put lid on and cook 6 hours or longer if you like everything softer.
