  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 scallions, diced fine
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 1 c. Montrachet cheese, crumbled fine
  • 1/4 c. garlic chives, minced
  • sea salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
