- 1 lb. flank steak
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Directions

1Score flank steak on both sides.

2Place meat in plastic bag; set in a bowl.

3For marinade, in a bowl combine vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, cooking oil, garlic and red pepper.

4Pour over meat in bag.

5Place in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours.

6Preheat broiler.

7Meanwhile, place meat on rack in broiler pan.

8Boil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 5 minutes.

9Brush with marinade.

10Broil 3 to 5 minutes more.

11Place on platter.

12Thinly slice meat diagonally across grain.
