Garlic Green Beans

  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 new potatoes, quartered

Directions

    Wash green beans, trim ends and remove strings.

    Bring water to a boil and add beans.
  3. 3
    Cover; reduce heat to medium and add new potatoes to beans.

    Cook 15 minutes or until tender.

    Drain. Saute garlic in butter in a small pan and toss beans and potatoes with mixture.

    Serve.
