Garlic Lime Chicken

- 4 broiler-fryer chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Directions

1Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.

2Place chicken in a bowl and pour sauce over all.

3Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

4Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.

5Sprinkle chicken with pepper; grill until chicken is cooked through and tender, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
