- 5 -6 lbs skinless chicken pieces
- 14-12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 -2 tablespoon white wine (optional)
Directions

1Whisk together everything except the chicken in a large bowl.

2Add the chicken and toss to coat thoroughly.

3Let sit for 15 minutes.

4Toss again.

5Grill or broil quickly on medium-high heat until just barely done.

6Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

7Tip -- For the maximum flavor and juiciness I recommend the use of bone-in chicken parts.

8Tip -- if doing your own chicken parts (see Recipe #232601 ), its easiest to remove the skin by grasping it with a wet, lint-free dishcloth.
