- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Old El Paso corn tortillas
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (French's)
- 1 c. water
- hot vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Old El Paso taco sauce (mild or medium)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. American processed cheese slices (8 oz.)
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (to cover top)
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in large skillet.

2Drain.

3Add dry taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Saute tortillas in hot oil just enough to heat.

4Spoon meat mixture evenly in center of each tortilla.

5Roll up and place seam down in rectangular pan or jellyroll pan.

6Combine remaining ingredients except Cheddar cheese in saucepan.

7Cook over medium heat until cheese slices are melted.

8Pour evenly over tortillas. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbling.

10(Use soft tortillas.)
