  • 15 half dollar size new potatoes, washed
  • 1 c. cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 lb. butter (unsalted)
  • 6 cloves garlic, roasted with skin on

Directions

    Cover the potatoes with water and cook until tender.

    Heat cream with butter.

    Add garlic with skin removed.

    Place everything in food mill or a ricer and process. Season and serve. Makes 6 servings.
