- 4 pork butterfly chops, cut 1/4-inch thick
- 4 slices ham, 1/2-inch thick
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 slices American cheese, cut in half
- 1/4 c. brandy
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked rice
Directions

1Place one ham slice over each pork chop.

2Place on grill, low or medium heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turn every 10 minutes. After meat is tender, place 1/2 slice of cheese on top of each meat roll.

3Continue cooking just long enough to begin melting cheese. Do not brown cheese.

4Place on plate.

5Pour 1/4 cup brandy over meat.

6Light with long match just before serving.

7If desired, serve on a bed of white or wild rice.
