  • 7 cups baking potatoes, cubed, peeled
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 12 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper

Directions

    Place potatoes and garlic in a sauce pan, cover with water and bring to a boil.
