- 4 each garlic whole heads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x white pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped, optional
Directions

1Rub garlic heads with olive oil.

2Wrap individually in aluminum foil and roast in 375F (190C) oven for about 45 minutes.

3Remove roasted garlic from oven and squeeze the cooked garlic from from each clove.

4Puree softened cloves in food processor.

5Whip cream until soft peaks form.

6Fold whipped cream into garlic puree.

7Season to taste with salt and white pepper.

8Add chives if desired.
