- 1 cup Wondra Flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions

1Heat over to 450 degrees.

2Generously grease 8 medium muffin cups.

3Stir all ingredients with fork just until smooth (do not over-stir).

4Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

5Bake 20 minutes then lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.

6Bake 20 minutes longer, until a deep golden brown.

7Immediately remove from cups and serve hot. Note-to keep popovers warm, turn off oven and leave cups in over no longer than 15 minutes.
