- 350 grams Cooked white rice
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Butter (or beef tallow)
- 1 dash Krazy Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 Parsley, watercress or shiso leaves
- 2 tsp Soy sauce

1Mince the garlic and the parsley, watercress, or shiso!

2If you can, use fresh herbs!

3Put the butter and the garlic into the frying pan.

4Both the butter and the garlic burn easily, so be careful!

5Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the rice.

6Stir it up!

7Today I used dried parsley.

8It tastes best if you use a lot!

9Season with Krazy Salt (regular salt is also fine) and pepper.
