  • 350 grams Cooked white rice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter (or beef tallow)
  • 1 dash Krazy Salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 Parsley, watercress or shiso leaves
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce

    Mince the garlic and the parsley, watercress, or shiso!

    If you can, use fresh herbs!

    Put the butter and the garlic into the frying pan.

    Both the butter and the garlic burn easily, so be careful!

    Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the rice.
