  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled, deveined medium shrimp, rinsed, drained and patted dry
  • Salt

Directions

    Warm oil, garlic, parsley and crushed red pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1 1/2 minutes. Carefully add shrimp, season with salt and cook, stirring, until pink, about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
