Garlic Yorkshire Pudding

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 None eggs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup hot beef fat or vegetable oil
  • None None fresh parsley, to garnish (optional)

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    In a food processor or blender, puree milk, flour, eggs and garlic salt until smooth. Cover batter and let rest for 1 hour.

    Divide beef fat between the wells of a 12-cup muffin pan. Bake for 3 mins. Divide prepared batter evenly between heated wells and sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Bake for 15 mins, or until golden.
