- 2 cup drained and pitted black olives
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced (1 and1/2 teaspoons)
Directions

1Toss the olives with the oil, garlic and oregano.

2Marinate in a closed container for 4 hours or longer in the refrigerator.

3The longer you marinate the olives, the more pungent their flavor will be.
