  • 4 egg yolks
  • 120 grams sugar (4oz)
  • 240 grams dark chocolate (8.5 oz)
  • 240 grams butter (8.5 oz)
  • 46 grams flour (1.6 oz)

    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.

    Mix sugar with eggs and egg yolks.

    Stir in melted chocolate and butter mix, then slowly add flour.

    Fill buttered bowls (muffin pans) with batter and put in refrigerator overnight.

    Next day, heat oven up to 180/C (350/F) degrees, put bowls in the oven and bake for 12-16 minutes.

    Serve the gateau hot, should be solid on outside and liquid on the inside.
