- Italian dressing
Directions

1Use butter and Italian dressing for saute.

2Cover the bottom of nonstick skillet generously with melted butter.

3Slice potatoes thin in the skillet and saute.

4Cover potatoes with Cajun/Creole seasoning and garlic salt.

5Place lid over skillet and continue to cook on medium until all potatoes begin to blacken.

6Make sure you stir often placing every slice on bottom.

7Add garlic salt throughout cooking.

8Should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
