- 4 c. V-8 juice
- 1 tomato, skinned, seeded and chopped
- 1 cucumber, seeded, skinned and chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 4 oz. sour cream
- Tabasco
Directions

1Divide juice between 4 bowls.

2Do same with all vegetables. Chill until serving time.

3Just before serving, swirl 1 ounce sour cream into each serving.

4Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
