Ingredients

  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 18 teaspoon pure stevia powder, to sweeten
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 14 cup water
  • 14 cup almond oil (or Sesame Oil)
  • 1 12 lbs chicken, cut into strips
  • 12 large onion, sliced
  • 12 large banana pepper, seeds removed and diced

Directions

    Mix together soy sauce, corn starch, stevia, garlic, and water in small container, and set aside.

    Heat oil in large pan over medium high heat.

    Add chicken and stir fry till thoroughly cooked.

    Reduce heat to medium.

    Add onion and banana pepper, and continue to cook, stirring often.

    When onion is translucent add the liquid mixture.

    Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and serve with Chinese Noodles or your favorite vegetables.
