  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. cocoa

    Place margarine, oil and water in small saucepan; bring to a boil.

    Meanwhile, place remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour hot mixture over this.

    Beat well; mixture will be thin! Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
