  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. nuts

Directions

    Beat together oil and eggs.

    Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
