- 1 lb. bratwurst, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 c. carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can each: milk and water
- 3 c. thinly shredded cabbage
Directions

1Brown the sausage; add butter, carrots and caraway seed.

2Cook until tender.

3Stir in other ingredients.

4Cook slowly for about 10 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
