- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 6 slices fried bacon
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon and retain 1/2 the grease in pan.

2Cut cabbage into thin strips.

3Stir-fry in bacon grease no longer than 3 minutes. Mix with vinegar and crumbled bacon.

4Add salt and pepper.
