- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs, separated
- vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Blend crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon and butter together.

2Press in a 9-inch pie plate using smaller plate to press down.

3Add egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and lemon juice to smoothly beaten cream cheese.

4Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

5Fold egg whites into cheese mixture. Turn into crust.

6Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

7Cool.

8Combine 1 teaspoon vanilla, sour cream and 3 tablespoons sugar; spread over cooled cake.

9Return to oven.

10Bake for 5 minutes longer. Cool.
