- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 sticks oleo
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, oleo and sugar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

2The icing may seem to be thin. Adding the vanilla, pecans and coconut will help to thicken the icing. Spread on 2 or 3 layer cake.
